Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about buying from us. If a product isn't what you expected, here's how refunds work.

Digital products

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 7 days and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days, refunds are handled case by case. Reach out and we'll work something out.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gritwork.io with your order number or the email you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 3 business days.

What we don't refund

We can't refund purchases where there's evidence of fraud or abuse (e.g., downloading the files and immediately requesting a refund multiple times).
